Booking software
Software terms of use.
Last updated 4 August 2026
This page is not your rental agreement. The equipment rental itself is governed entirely by Cardinal Hardware, LLC's own Equipment Rental Agreement — the document you read, initial and sign during checkout. Nothing on this page changes, limits, waives or adds to that agreement in any way. Where the two ever appear to conflict about the rental, the Equipment Rental Agreement controls.
1.Who runs what
This booking system is software licensed to Cardinal Hardware, LLC ("Cardinal Hardware") by SiteHelper ("SiteHelper", sitehelper.co). Cardinal Hardware owns and rents the equipment, sets the rates and terms, holds the deposits, verifies identification, hands over the machines and takes them back. SiteHelper provides the website and the scheduling software and nothing else.
SiteHelper is not a party to any rental. SiteHelper does not own, inspect, service, deliver, operate or rent out any equipment, is not the merchant of record, is not an agent, partner, joint venturer or representative of Cardinal Hardware, and has no authority to bind Cardinal Hardware or you. Any claim arising out of a rental — the condition of a machine, an injury, damage, a deposit, a fee, a refund, a dispute — is between you and Cardinal Hardware.
2.What the software does and does not decide
The system shows availability, applies the rates Cardinal Hardware has entered, collects the information Cardinal Hardware requires, presents Cardinal Hardware's rental agreement for signature, and flags things for staff — for example a minimum-age check from a date of birth, a rental-screening questionnaire, an identification prompt, or a maintenance-interval reminder.
Those are conveniences for Cardinal Hardware's staff, not substitutes for their judgment. They are automated aids only. They do not certify that anyone is qualified to operate a machine, that a machine is safe, roadworthy, serviced or fit for any purpose, or that any legal requirement has been satisfied. Cardinal Hardware's staff make every final decision about who rents, what leaves the store, and in what condition. Cardinal Hardware alone is responsible for the accuracy of the equipment listings, rates, descriptions, specifications and maintenance data shown here.
3.Signing electronically
When you initial and sign in the browser, you are agreeing to sign Cardinal Hardware's rental agreement electronically instead of on paper, and to receive rental notices by email. Your typed name, initials, drawn signature, the time, your network address and your device are recorded and stored with the completed document. You may withdraw consent and sign on paper instead by calling the store at (601) 600-2106 before pickup. You should print or save a copy of the signed agreement for your records.
4.Payment
Where online card payment is enabled, card details are transmitted to a third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection and are not stored on this site. Where the store is operating in pay-at-pickup mode, no payment is taken online at all and no card details are collected or stored — you pay Cardinal Hardware at the counter. SiteHelper does not process, hold, route or refund any payment, and is not responsible for any act or omission of a payment processor or a card issuer.
5.Your information
To rent equipment, Cardinal Hardware requires your name, address, contact details, date of birth and driver's license details. That information is collected for and belongs to Cardinal Hardware, which decides how it is used and for how long it is kept. SiteHelper stores and processes it only to operate the software on Cardinal Hardware's behalf. Licence numbers are masked in the staff dashboard by default and are stored in an encrypted database; staff viewing a full license number is written to an audit log.
No system is perfectly secure. Reasonable safeguards are in place, but neither Cardinal Hardware nor SiteHelper can guarantee that transmission over the internet or storage of information is immune from interception, unauthorised access or loss, and neither warrants that this site is free of vulnerabilities.
6.The software is provided as is
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this software and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or of uninterrupted or error-free operation. No advice or information, oral or written, creates any warranty. Availability, pricing, rates and specifications shown here may be inaccurate, out of date or interrupted; only the store can confirm what is actually on the lot and what it costs.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHelper will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of use, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to this software or website, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteHelper's total liability to you for all claims of any kind arising out of or relating to this software or website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100.00).
Without limiting the above, SiteHelper is not liable for personal injury, death, property damage, or any loss arising from the equipment itself, its condition, maintenance, delivery, transport, loading, unloading or operation; from any decision by Cardinal Hardware or its staff to rent or not to rent; from any charge, fee, deposit or refund; or from any act or omission of Cardinal Hardware, its staff, any renter, any operator, any equipment manufacturer or any payment processor. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; where a limitation is not permitted, liability is limited to the least extent the law allows.
8.Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its data, disrupt or overload it, scrape or bulk-collect information from it, submit false identity or license information, or use it to make a booking you are not authorised to make. The staff dashboard is restricted to authorised Cardinal Hardware personnel. Bookings and enquiries are rate-limited and access is logged.
9.Not legal advice
Nothing on this site, in any generated document, or in any reminder or notice sent by this system, is legal advice from SiteHelper. The rental agreement text is Cardinal Hardware's own and is reproduced as supplied; SiteHelper did not draft it, does not advise on it, and takes no responsibility for its content, validity or enforceability.
10.Governing law and changes
These software terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and venue for any dispute concerning them is proper in Pike County, Mississippi. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. SiteHelper may update these terms; the version posted here at the time you use the site applies.
